My background in both work experience and campus involvement at Mississippi State University has allowed me to develop leadership, teamwork, and customer-focused skills. Through this role, I’ve gained hands-on experience in branding, content strategy, and maintaining a consistent voice across platforms. A cool fact about this position is that the content we create reaches thousands of students, alumni, and prospective students — meaning I get to help shape how the university’s story is shared on a large scale.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I developed a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. My store maintained highly positive ratings through reliable customer service, clear communication, and attention to detail, which reinforced my commitment to quality presentation and buyer satisfaction in an online retail environment.

Marketing Subcommittee Member

As a member of the MSU Fashion Board marketing subcommittee at Mississippi State University, I create video content that highlights behind-the-scenes preparation and in-show performance moments. My work focuses on capturing the energy and personality of the organization by incorporating trendy sounds, creative transitions, and engaging storytelling elements. Through this role, I help translate the excitement of fashion and performance into social media content that feels current, authentic, and visually engaging while supporting overall event promotion and brand presence.

Marketing Member

As part of ETRE, I assist with behind-the-scenes work for cover shoots and regular photography sessions by helping capture content, coordinate logistics, and support overall shoot organization. My role includes taking photos during shoots, contributing to workflow preparation, and helping ensure teams work together smoothly. Through this experience, I have developed stronger attention to detail, collaboration skills, and an understanding of how production planning supports high-quality visual storytelling.

Vice President of Communications

As Vice President of Communications for the American Marketing Association - Mississippi State University chapter, I manage cross-platform content to help maintain a consistent and recognizable brand presence. My work focuses on understanding and communicating the organization’s brand identity while ensuring messaging, visuals, and tone remain aligned across different channels. Through this role, I have strengthened my ability to create cohesive marketing content, monitor platform performance, and translate organizational goals into engaging communication strategies.

Student Association- Freshman Reach

Director of Marketing

As a Reach Director for Mississippi State University’s Freshman Reach program, I work cross-collaboratively to help increase student engagement and participation in campus events that promote sustainability, personal growth, and meaningful student life experiences. I focus on developing and supporting programming that encourages students to build connections, explore campus opportunities, and enjoy fun, inclusive activities. In this role, I also serve as a mentor to the marketing pod of 23 students and total members of 120 students, providing guidance, encouragement, and leadership support as they navigate their freshman year and develop confidence as emerging campus leaders. Through mentorship and collaboration, I aim to create an environment where students feel supported, valued, and motivated to grow.

Student Association- Freshman Reach

Marketing Reacher

Freshman Reach is the freshman leadership sector of the Mississippi State University student association that focuses on helping freshmen develop leadership skills and become more involved on campus. I first joined as a Reacher, where I contributed to promoting the organization by creating and editing video content that helped drive student engagement on Instagram, generating over 50,000 combined views. I collaborated with different areas of the organization, including policy, programming, and service initiatives, to help highlight events, opportunities, and community-building activities. Through this work, I focused on producing content that was visually engaging, aligned with organizational messaging, and supported recruitment and participation efforts.

MSU Cybersecurity Club

Social Media Manager

As the Social Media Manager for the Mississippi State University Cybersecurity Club, I created and managed social media content and graphics to help promote cybersecurity events and increase student engagement. My work focused on developing visually clear and informative posts that supported the club’s mission and outreach efforts. I also captured photos during club activities to highlight member participation and strengthen the organization’s online presence, helping maintain a consistent and professional digital brand across platforms.
